Success, harmony and integrity in organisations is about relationships. Relationships with the Earth where you are located, with the Overmind of your city/nation etc, with yourself, and with others.
We work with Groups and Organisations to ensure our collective actions honour Life, the Earth and the Human Family.
For centuries teachers have worked to help the individual align with their true nature, often described as the I AM.
Earth & Us works in the interface between
the I Am and the We Are.
Collectively we have understood the importance of our relationships with people and organisational partners. However, organisations emerge in a particular ‘PLACE’ on Earth. The founder will live somewhere, he or she will dream up the idea for the organisation at a particular location that has a particular frequency or vibration, an ambient Land Energy. These energies affect what is possible for the organisation.
Every place also has a social/cultural spirit. A vibe. This of the ambience of a city. This also impacts the type and style of the organisation that is possible. Described as the ‘Overmind’, its the collective psyche of the human family at that place. Think of attempting to hold a freedom festival in a city focused on fundamentalist ideologies.
When a group of people gather, they carry a particular energy, a vibe. Described as the Lexion, it is the psyche energy associated with the organisation or group. If you can recognise that Qantas Airlines feels different to South West Airlines, or Lufthansa, you are aware of the organisational lexions.
Earth & Us works individuals and groups in the space between,
the lexion,
the Overmind and
the spirit of the place.
We aim to create successful initiatives that are in harmony with all life.
With organisations we begin by walking the land where your head office is located. Consciously acknowledging this relationship fosters support for your activates from the subtle energy of the land where you are located. For more
If you want the real deal, Helen Russ’s new book ‘Across the Creek’ invites you to open your perception to the unseen of the world. Beautifully implemented and presented, beginners can engage for themselves, to have direct experience and understanding of land energies, consciousness, and yourself. It is also a step towards understanding the mystical consciousness of our indigenous peoples and an invitation to step towards their world view and experience, that we may all find healing and the commonality of our spiritual roots. Helen’s book is a window and training in applied consciousness. It is a powerful adjunct to meditation. Like a smorgasbord, you take what you want. The feast is a set of tools for life that if you choose to exercise, will change your view of the world forever.
It is so calming and relaxing to be on Helen’s meditation calls. She relaxes me and I feel so at peace and I really love the way I feel after Helen’s meditation. Thank you so much.
Something I feel sadly missing in our modern world is the understanding of subtle realms and our ability to sense energies consciously. You often see people out in nature rushing around and not taking notice of the very reason they need to be there. The reflective nature of Across The Creek is a powerful way to go inside and contemplate our inner and outer environment so we can get back to what we all possess – the ability to feel and see, the ability to sense things beyond our over-active minds. The stresses we encounter in the 21st century are overreaching in many ways. In a world moving so fast, we need to understand what we are losing in terms of human experience and take it back before we have no hope of regaining it. Thank you Helen for your creative expression. Refreshing.
Day 5
This is the first ‘live’ I caught, connecting to the core of the Earth, my body remembering “I am this”, a sense of wonder “How could I forget?” and relief “I feel home”. The simple third eye technique reminding me that “I am”. It is Inspiring to meditate, albeit briefly, with a group online, I wasn’t sure if it would work in any meaningful way. It did. Helen’s approach is inviting, she is cognizant of other traditions and respected that each person may have their own way of going inside, while at the same time gently bringing us to a state of consciousness beyond the mind.
I have always been a bit reluctant to the spiritual teaching – the only thing you could change is you and your point of view. Changing me and my point of view brought me a lot of insights with beneficial consequences, and there are still many more to be found. The longing to do something more remained. Dr. Helen Russ’ Lexion training is just what I have been looking for all along. She brought down the knowledge which helps me understand why good people with the best intensions are not enough for organisations to be good as well. She unfolds techniques on how to make real changes in organisations or other groups, and consequently change the world. It is so exciting that there is more to come. I’m deeply grateful for the synchronicities in my life that brought me in touch with her to be part of that process.
What Helen brings is fascinating. In 8 sessions we were able to tune into many companies and groups such as a restaurant, hospital, non profit organizations and a crypto currency company. Each had distinctly different flavors. We were able to feel their greater purpose and where they have been falling from this purpose. With more sessions on an organization, it is easy to see how with Helen’s technique an organization can be re-aligned. Personally I found myself shifting in this course as my sight expanded and my own self growth grew exponentially with Helen’s approach of awareness, meditation and awakening.
