Earth & Us works in the interface between
the I Am and the We Are.
Collectively we have understood the importance of our relationships with people and organisational partners. However, organisations emerge in a particular ‘PLACE’ on Earth. The founder will live somewhere, he or she will dream up the idea for the organisation at a particular location that has a particular frequency or vibration, an ambient Land Energy. These energies affect what is possible for the organisation.
Every place also has a social/cultural spirit. A vibe. This of the ambience of a city. This also impacts the type and style of the organisation that is possible. Described as the ‘Overmind’, its the collective psyche of the human family at that place. Think of attempting to hold a freedom festival in a city focused on fundamentalist ideologies.
When a group of people gather, they carry a particular energy, a vibe. Described as the Lexion, it is the psyche energy associated with the organisation or group. If you can recognise that Qantas Airlines feels different to South West Airlines, or Lufthansa, you are aware of the organisational lexions.

I’ve often struggled to find language to define meditative experiences and practices, and I appreciate the theoretical framework provided by Dr. Helen Russ in her Lexion class, and the way my understanding of what she teaches deepened after experiencing the practices. I gained a new understanding around the power of the human heart and conscious will in maintaining the integrity of an organization, and a new awareness of the levels of consciousness at play within the development and maintenance of an organization, as well creative projects. I’m looking forward to seeing how the knowledge and experienced gained in this class will play out in my work and life.

Sitting here to write my heart glows, skin tingles with dancing raptures and my belly is so full. A warm glow connecting me to life, to this living Earth. To all of us! So little to say each day, when every day since day one the deepest inner stillness overtakes me. Rests so profoundly still upon gravities downward polarity. Upon the ground of being. High above pure awareness so bright and clear expanding boundlessly into the cosmos. Sacred vibrations, sounds and lights. I can almost hear angels singing in a chorus of celebration that we are remembering together. Weeping together too for what has become of us. For what is happening to us and all life on Earth. Perhaps in fields of Peace and worlds to come there will be deliverance. What of this world now though? How will we ever even begin to heal? Now that it has come to this, beloved children of the Earth? Will she have the power to influence us, through her will the source move us, to save us from ourselves? Or is that our destinies are now entirely in our own hands …..
What Helen brings is fascinating. In 8 sessions we were able to tune into many companies and groups such as a restaurant, hospital, non profit organizations and a crypto currency company. Each had distinctly different flavors. We were able to feel their greater purpose and where they have been falling from this purpose. With more sessions on an organization, it is easy to see how with Helen’s technique an organization can be re-aligned. Personally I found myself shifting in this course as my sight expanded and my own self growth grew exponentially with Helen’s approach of awareness, meditation and awakening.
Once an organisation’s Lexion is recognised and aligned with the Lex, there is a resulting flow and rightness at the elexion and physical levels. As soon as I held your book, the sensual black cover of Across The Creek immersed me in the numinous experiences that you reveal through your story. At first the black cover and then the Aboriginal Women in conversation, emerge. It’s beautiful, subtle and yet direct. Like the content of the book.
At Booroola, while you were writing on the spirit of organisations you lived the reality of the spirit, the driving forces, the light, within the land itself and listened to the knowing of all those who are present in it. I love the way you take the reader through an awareness of the multiple layers of reality. You not only take us across the creek, you take us on a journey through streams of consciousness that lift the veils of space and time. You peal away the layers that distract you from yourself. You see and map different dimensions and deeper realms of wisdom that are shared with you… And you have found a way in your beautiful artwork to show them to us.
You have such a down to earth way of leading us through the portals to land energies and the wisdom of the knowledge keepers. We get to see how you ask profound questions and then show us the raw experiences on the way towards understanding. The things that shaped you, shaped us.
You reveal the impact of a disconnect that underpinned the early settler’s misunderstanding of the land.
At the same time you reveal the far greater light within the land and within the people who KNOW they are part of it (and have been custodians of it for aeons). The keys you have given to subtle energy mapping will help others listen, to be receptive to what is.
I feel your book is a book of healing. A way for others to turn towards the inner realms of the Self and so, to know the world.
Perhaps with the help of the Wise Women, maybe heal it.
