Success, harmony and integrity in organisations is about relationships. Relationships with the Earth where you are located, with the Overmind of your city/nation etc, with yourself, and with others.
We work with Groups and Organisations to ensure our collective actions honour Life, the Earth and the Human Family.
For centuries teachers have worked to help the individual align with their true nature, often described as the I AM.
Earth & Us works in the interface between
the I Am and the We Are.
Collectively we have understood the importance of our relationships with people and organisational partners. However, organisations emerge in a particular ‘PLACE’ on Earth. The founder will live somewhere, he or she will dream up the idea for the organisation at a particular location that has a particular frequency or vibration, an ambient Land Energy. These energies affect what is possible for the organisation.
Every place also has a social/cultural spirit. A vibe. This of the ambience of a city. This also impacts the type and style of the organisation that is possible. Described as the ‘Overmind’, its the collective psyche of the human family at that place. Think of attempting to hold a freedom festival in a city focused on fundamentalist ideologies.
When a group of people gather, they carry a particular energy, a vibe. Described as the Lexion, it is the psyche energy associated with the organisation or group. If you can recognise that Qantas Airlines feels different to South West Airlines, or Lufthansa, you are aware of the organisational lexions.
Earth & Us works individuals and groups in the space between,
the lexion,
the Overmind and
the spirit of the place.
We aim to create successful initiatives that are in harmony with all life.
With organisations we begin by walking the land where your head office is located. Consciously acknowledging this relationship fosters support for your activates from the subtle energy of the land where you are located. For more
I’ve often struggled to find language to define meditative experiences and practices, and I appreciate the theoretical framework provided by Dr. Helen Russ in her Lexion class, and the way my understanding of what she teaches deepened after experiencing the practices. I gained a new understanding around the power of the human heart and conscious will in maintaining the integrity of an organization, and a new awareness of the levels of consciousness at play within the development and maintenance of an organization, as well creative projects. I’m looking forward to seeing how the knowledge and experienced gained in this class will play out in my work and life.
I don’t do Zoom, but with you anyway … giving daily love and expressing daily gratitude to our beloved Earth and all her life forms. It is not enough to say, I love Earth, isn’t she beautiful? We must love her and all her manifestations as we love our children, our mothers, our lovers, ourselves.
We are lucky to have storyteller, Helen Russ, in our lives, for the depth of Life that she leads me and others towards. Have courage and read, fall deeply into the world that Helen brings us in, Across the Creek, if you dare. Anything that helps us fall more in Love with our planet and our souls is worthwhile.
Helen took the time to explain and illustrate the concepts, i really appreciated it as I dont have a lot experience in meditation. It enriched my spiritual learning not only on working/ tuning in with organizations but in my every day search. It stretched my spiritual life and it was a lot of work at times, but then she would remind us to feel it and not to structure it. I loved it and I love you Helen, thank you for your time and your passion for teaching.
Day 5
This is the first ‘live’ I caught, connecting to the core of the Earth, my body remembering “I am this”, a sense of wonder “How could I forget?” and relief “I feel home”. The simple third eye technique reminding me that “I am”. It is Inspiring to meditate, albeit briefly, with a group online, I wasn’t sure if it would work in any meaningful way. It did. Helen’s approach is inviting, she is cognizant of other traditions and respected that each person may have their own way of going inside, while at the same time gently bringing us to a state of consciousness beyond the mind.
If you want the real deal, Helen Russ’s new book ‘Across the Creek’ invites you to open your perception to the unseen of the world. Beautifully implemented and presented, beginners can engage for themselves, to have direct experience and understanding of land energies, consciousness, and yourself. It is also a step towards understanding the mystical consciousness of our indigenous peoples and an invitation to step towards their world view and experience, that we may all find healing and the commonality of our spiritual roots. Helen’s book is a window and training in applied consciousness. It is a powerful adjunct to meditation. Like a smorgasbord, you take what you want. The feast is a set of tools for life that if you choose to exercise, will change your view of the world forever.
